This 8-storey building has 58 residential units and a 2-level below-grade concrete parkade that is terraced on the North elevation. It is located in Vancouver, BC and the work consisted of a targeted balcony repair at selective units, including windows and patio door of a unit:
- Complete balcony assembly remediation as shown on the scope of work drawings, including the exterior and parapet walls.
- Complete replacements of all windows and doors.
- Removal of deck membrane and components and application of new torch-onmembrane, including overflow and bi-level drains, protection board, rigid foam insulation and concrete pavers with rubber pedestals.
