Building Envelope Remediation

Located in Langley, BC, this project consists of a building envelope remediation for a five-building complex:

• Preparation of landscaping for the remedial work and restoration of landscaping to the pre-construction state at the completion of the project.
• Replacement of all sloped roofs’ membranes, sheathing, vents and flashings.
• Cladding replacement with associated components on all building walls and elevations.
• Complete replacement of all windows and doors including the associated components.
• Complete replacement of the waterproofing membrane over the balconies and walkways.
• Installation of new side-mounted, free-standing guardrails along the balconies and walkways. Replacement of all staircases, including their guardrails and gates.
• Repairs to damaged walls, balcony, walkway, and roof framing.
