This residential 4 storey building with one level of underground parking consisted of a building envelope remediation. The work includes:
- Preparation of building’s perimeter grounds for the remedial work and restoration of the area to the pre-construction state at the completion of the Project.
- Cladding replacement with associated components on all walls and elevations.
- Complete replacement of all windows and exterior doors including the associated components.
- Replacement of balcony membrane, guardrails and remedial work to the parapet wall and privacy walls.
- Repairs to damaged framing of the walls and balconies.
