Ali Reza (Allen) Zavosh, B.A.Sc., P.Eng.
A Professional Engineer registered in the province of British Columbia. Having obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering degree from the University of Toronto, Allen is recognized as a building envelope consultant with over 15 years of engineering experience both in Canada and the United States. Allen is a Level 1 Certified Building Investigations Thermographer. His work experience includes consulting in the building envelope field, project management and contract administration. Allen also has experience in Geotechnical Engineering.
Pete Levesque
Project Consultant
Pete has over 20 years of practical experience working in the construction industry. Specializing as a project coordinator, Pete’s background has included all aspects of building envelope remediation, with a focus in rain-screen cladding systems. As a Project Consultant Pete oversees big-budget projects that include the coordination of multiple sub-disciplines.
Guy Lafayette
Project Technologist
Guy has over 10 years of experience working in the construction industry as an administrator and labourer with a background in roofing and environmental design. He recently trained as an architectural technologist where he has refined an attention to detail in preparing construction drawings. As a company drafter, Guy uses his skills and experience to make sure plans and details are clear and coherent.
Fanshen (Vicky) Xu
Project Consultant
Fanshen’s diverse background in building technology, interior design, and real estate trading services allows her to bring a multifaceted perspective to her work. Currently, as a Project Technologist, she is involved in various aspects of project coordination, architectural drawings, and contract administration, ensuring that each project meets high standards of quality and efficiency.
Her previous experiences equipped her with extensive knowledge of building technology, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Fanshen’s technical proficiency is complemented by her hands-on experience in managing projects from conception to completion.
Fanshen holds a Diploma in Interior Design from the Visual College of Art and Design, where she honed her skills in creating detailed architectural drawings and mastering various design software such as Revit, Sketch Up, Layout, CAD etc. Additionally, she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership and Administration from Trinity Western University, which has enhanced her project coordination abilities. Fanshen is dedicated to delivering precise and innovative architectural solutions. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to navigate complex design challenges make her a valuable asset as a project technologist in the company.

Office Administrator
Sylvia is the Office Administrator and assists in preparing project documents, specifications and contract administration. She manages day-to-day office operations and oversees the invoicing process.
