Allen of Zavosh Engineering was referred to us after we had contacted several companies who came out to access the waterproofing repair project on the south wall of our house. We had a few companies come to assess the situation but Allen was the only Engineer who was able to resolve it. Allen did an assessment of our foundation wall, took photos, and shortly thereafter made written recommendations with a fair estimate to rectify the problem. He resolved our issue in a timely manner, communicated with us throughout the project, and made sure we were 100 percent satisfied at the end. He made an additional recommendation that would increase the safety aspect of our home in the event of an earthquake. Allen finished our project leaving the front of our house looking aesthetically pleasing so we didn’t lose the curb appeal but only gained a home that was dry, safer and was approved by the District of North Vancouver Engineering Department.”
